TV/monitor with Freeview HD and USB for recording?

Are there any reasonably priced TV/monitors out there that can have an HDD plugged in to record?

Just get yourself a DVB-t or DVB-s pci card and capture the streams directly to your HDD.

Really I am looking for an all in one solution so the wife can easily use it.

If I build up a new computer then the current solutions are a lot more complicated than an integrated solution. Also it would use more power and create more noise.

The computers and TV socket are in different rooms.
