Looks like they want to keep it in the UK, though they do seem a rather troubled company at the moment.
It's a new story to that one, but it looks like the workers are going to be in for a rocky ride of the next 12 months.

Wouldn't surprise me, I was up there for a meeting a while back and its something out of the dark ages. Very dated , probably costs a bomb to run and they haven't got enough space.
