Something's obviously not right with mine. You shouldn't have to force no cooler up to connect the power leads.

My DCuII clips are similar, but it's not like it needs changed about, when it's in it's in, can't complain though it was a freebie and the cooler got ripped off anyway.

I move my equipment around regular.

These are that bad, if not very careful pulling the cooler up to remove the leads you're at risk of snapping the board, as once you've managed to eventually get them in, the cooler rests on the blocks so you need to pry the cooler from the board to remove them when needed.

Yes the 780 has 2 8 pin connectors.

Nah, was hoping he'd have passed by the thread so I can work out my next move with it being so close to Christmas. Both cards no good. Only installed one & noticed the problem. Didn't even attempt the second one as it looks exactly the same. Gashed up my Pcie leads just trying to get them back out without destroying the board or cooler as you have to pry the cooler up.

Trusty Titans back in the machine. Might just wait until after Christmas now to see what cards either camp have on offer before I make my next move.
