It never gets easier, you get used to the craving. Or so I found. Except I have quit quitting never made it past a month.![]()

I smoked from 12 - 22 (27 now). I read Alan Carr's (not the British one
) "The only way to stop smoking", put out my last cigarette and have never wanted one since. Whether the book worked or not is impossible to know, but I certainly never get cravings.In fact, the only time I ever think about myself smoking is when I'm talking (typing) to others about quitting. And even that's not craving.
The chemical addiction leaves the body after ~10 days, the rest is psychological, so effects everyone differently I guess.
Keep at it buddy, think of how bad it made you feel at Christmas...or better yet, think of the knives going down your throat on every drag feeling
