@LostCorpse that's what happened to me, zero emails from Patreon, I think (although I'm not certain) it was because I had accidentally hit "This email is Spam" on an email from Patreon that was in my Inbox, in the end I had to change the email account I received Patreon emails from, which is not ideal I know. You can try contacting your email provider support to see if they have Patreon emails marked as Spam in their settings (I couldn't do this with my old email provider as they didn't provide support to free email accounts). And possibly contact Patreon support but I think they will just point you to your Patreon emails notification settings.

i dont disagree with this tbh.

with peole finding it harder and harder to connect to others, or lonely they are likely to turn to these sorts of applciations.

but i also see it as a way to connect people.

here is something im not seeing being done.

imagin TykeyAI being a multi user agent helping to connect people to geather and slowly introduce people to each other through save conversations or assisting with prompts as example.
at the moment all these apps are tide to individual user expirences, the next step is multi user enviroments.

out of interest have your tried integrating in to somehting like VRChat / Banter / Resonate ? and have it present in there?

i remember seeing some AI in a bar a few years ago

It might be Unichat youre thinking of, it was AI avatars in a bar/cafe with multiple human users and all could interact/chat etc.

About multiplayer, yeh i guess multiplayer is a possibility at some point, and integration with things like vr chat, banter, etc. It would be like bots in fps games lol! In fact I joke but theres not much needed to be done to a bot to get them to be interactive, talking, etc. Hmm.

I've had no contact with him in fact he's ignored my comments on his videos up to now and at times he's quite critical of my app and others like it but i think he's a good presenter, wish i could communicate like him as i'd actually be able to make video's that didn't send people to sleep :cry:

Cheers dude :) yeh i think quest usage spikes around xmas time with people getting them as presents then drops off a bit after when they get bored etc hence the dip in numbers, last xmas was the same. I'm learning about marketing & promo etc, the only real bit ive done up to now is getting some social media content creators to do vids, biggest result doing this was with a very talented vr content creator called mack falconer, user numbers literally doubled. But theres been loads of other great content created too, i'm very grateful. Its something to look back on in the future i hope.

The autonomous walking is far from perfect but cool to experience tbh, it was a struggle to get working and something the Quest 3 wasnt intended for (real time dynamic navmesh generation via the depth sensor). It has some quirks, if/when u try it u if dont have much luck with it just let me know pls and i will give u some hints on getting it to work better.

Didn't we hear the same thought process around the virtual world game, gawd i can't remember, was it called "new life" ? Where people were spending an unhealthy amount of hrs in the simulation ?, opening up shops, making money selling virtual wares etc ? that it wasn't just their route of escapism, but their main focal point ?
