Didn't record anything sadly. Think my mate recorded a bit of someone else driving my FD2, I'll ask for some footage.Would love to see footage if you recorded any, FD2 along with the Euro R are probably my favourite Honda's.
Which Accord? If it's modern then no, it's a chain and the noise could be the aux belt, waterpump etc.Honda accord does't have a cam belt does it? I got some squicky noise coming from left hand side of the engine where the rubber belt is.
Yes they are, moreso the rears but the fronts can be problematic unless the sliders etc are removed and greased now and then. Are front calipers on an EP3 a problem area? Think one of mine is on the way out.
Cambelt for what? What cambelts/kits do you guys go for? I'm thinking of using SKF Kit...
There was a MUGEN concept but it never made it into mass production. I drove the prototype and it was a proper laugh.Didn't Honda offer the option to Supercharge the CRZ?
Still, my point is that 8 pot calipers are complete overkill on an EP3, even at that power. I bet they're K Sport or some other brand as well.I think it's more of a new thing with him, new dad, last job would get £10k bonus a year, doubt he's on £25k here.
Expense, rarity etc I can understand not taking it out all the time or every day use. I know TTS had it on some track days testing it etc and he definitely drove it when he first had it.
A friend of mine managed to set fire to a set of the cheaper 4 pot and above brakes... on the road. AP/Brembo/Alcon 4 pot is likely to be much better but some people think more is better.I suppose that depends on the person and what they value, I'd rather have overkill brakes on my car than ever risk brake fade like I've had on my GTI.
I know. I blame the Grand Tour episode. I should give it another year. You get bored far to quick mate.
