Howdy forums,

I'm getting towards needing some new shoes for my Clio and I've been doing some window shopping online...it's given me more questions than answers!

- Where is cheapest to buy online?
- Does it save a worthwhile amount of money to buy without fitting and getting them fitted independently?
- The standard tyres for the Clio are CS3s, I've also been looking at F1 Assymetrics - some of them have a load rating of 91 rather than 87 and have a 'reinforced' moniker. While I guess this won't be an unsafe thing, what detrimental effect, if any, will this have?
- Any specific recommends for the 197?

Thanks for any help!

If your buying premium tyres I'd stick with the CS3's, also can't see any point in going over the standard load rating of 87 but shouldn't effect anything if you do.

Think the best price I found for a CS3 fitted was around £100 for the 197

I'm sure someone will swoop in to correct me here if I am wrong, but with regards to reinforcement, I think that's to help the sidewall against curb damage and also used to support the sidewall for run flats to limp home?
