Ubisoft sink to a new low with Ghost Recon Future Soldier

I haven't played this but I thought that video seemed quite cool and well put together. Sure, there is nothing we haven't already seen but I quite like the idea of missions based on real life scenarios.

there are SO many video games and films that make arabs the bad guys and the US troops wield the sword of justice and its all just rubbish - theyre just made like that so it will sell well in the US - where their largest markets are :mad:

What about poor russians- about 9 out of 10 shoot-em-ups had/have/looks like will continue to have them as bad guys fodder :p
 
For those who pointed out other war shooters in recent years, I'm well aware they're all similar in their construction. However, none so blatantly hinge their marketing on an event as apparent as the infiltration and killing of Bin Laden in his compound. It's how blunt they are in using the event; "Our side took down bin laden with an epic/heroic infiltration mission...now you can do the same!"
