UK ONLINE!!

Hi there,

With NTL on 10meg but poor service for last few months, thinking about UK ONLINE upto 8meg service ADSL?

Anyone with them? Care to comment please?

UkOnline are part of Easynet whom are a very good business ISP. Dont know much about there consumer market though.

I was with UKO for 1.5 years, very good ISP, CS is great, price is great, speed is great. I only left because they never offered LLU in my area.

I'm with them on their 22mbps service - never had a problem and I think they're the only ISP that could offer me that service. The real test is how they do if things go wrong!

NTL said they will come out and re-cable BB for me and swap modem over as I said I still kept getting drop outs everyday?

Their trying their best to keep me, been with them for 5 years and never missed a payment etc, will see how it goes, failing that I may jump to UKO

Happy ADSL2+ UKO customer here. Customer support was an issue about 12 months ago but since then invested some money into it every time I've had to call since it's been answered in seconds and the "problem" sorted.
