I'm with them on their 22mbps service - never had a problem and I think they're the only ISP that could offer me that service. The real test is how they do if things go wrong!
Happy ADSL2+ UKO customer here. Customer support was an issue about 12 months ago but since then invested some money into it every time I've had to call since it's been answered in seconds and the "problem" sorted.
