Nice propaganda but the truth is that the pro-EU extremist mob ran down the street, attacked the separatist protesters, chased them into the building, set fire to all their tents outside the building (that's why the are fires outside in pics) then pelted the building with petrol bombs.

Pictures clearly showed pro-Ukrainians throwing Molotov cocktails towards the floor.

But Serhiy said he saw someone "on the third floor throw a Molotov cocktail through the closed window. However, the glass didn't break and a fire started inside".

Only days before the Odessa violence, in the eastern city of Donetsk, armed pro-Russian militants had attacked a peaceful pro-Maidan march.

Some of the pro-Ukrainian marchers' rivals in Odessa were wearing orange and black stripes on their clothing - the so-called Ribbon of St George, one of the most recognised symbols of military valour in Russia. The ribbon is now an emblem worn by pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine.

Bogdan, who was part of the fans' march, told the BBC: "People started to walk, they were attacked by these guys in army helmets with baseball bats. Some of them had guns."

I have been reading this forum for over a decade now and I have NEVER been this shocked at one persons arrogance/ignorance, how exactly can you watch a video which clearly shows how events unfolded and then choose to believe a written account based on interviews with biased sources?

I already presented hard evidence, which you just ignored, which makes you willfully ignorant.

Saying "likely they set fire themselves" is not an impartial outlook on the situation when we see maidan mob settign main gates on fire and hurling molotovs. To ignore all that and still think they set themselves on fire takes some special case of sadistic ignorance.
