For wider context, this is just a decade old replacement plan (started 2012) being put into effect now that the new version of these bombs is finally finished testing and is ready.
So the older free-fall B61-11 Nuclear bombs, which were built in '97 and are already stored at these bases, are now finally able to be replaced by the newer B61-12 version which now has an accurate guidance kit fitted, which is effectively an enhanced GPS/INS kit based around the technology found on the pre-existing JDAM kit for conventional bombs.
How accurate do nuclear bombs have to be?
Well it's useful for them to be kinda accurate as a smaller yield can then have a far greater effect but I guess the the sort of modern GPS accuracy; can drop it on some exact balcony with the special bladed non-explosive munition when the terrorist leader is having his breakfast etc.. is perhaps a way more than enough! Still nice to have, pop one down a missile silo or fight at the entrance of a bunker just to be sure.
Sometimes I wonder if we have spies in top areas. These things are just mental.

Also, the mobilization did not stop. There were no laws put through to stop it. They make announcements for their own gulible folk. They believe everything they are being told.

Um, we probably did.
Russia does appear to have unbounded admiration for the abilities of the UK and it's senior service. We have had compliments from them including Foreign secretary Truss forcing them to ramp up their nuclear preperations and now our frogmen mining their undersea pipelines. Perhaps they are gearing up for some competing activities. The Anglos cannot have it all their own way.
