Liz Truss PM for what 40 something days, now with security breach relating to her phone and Russians? This is relevant to this thread when you consider Ukraine and the context of what was apparently leaked. It even says so above in the post.
We don't even need to go into all the other things that have happened. It seems par for the course with the party at the moment. Add to that fact that this breach was seemingly held back somehow by Boris?
You can't pretend that there is not an ongoing trend. Things like this threaten our security along with Ukraine's.

Her phone would have been vetted and authorized by the security services. Regardless of what party it was.

If what the article says is true and they got secret info off her personal phone then she’s completely to blame.
A locked down government phone isn’t a personal device.
Suggest you re-read what I posted.
Or do you think they actually just let top government ministers use their personal phones without having them likewise vetted and authorized?

In the same way Braverman would have been vetted for a second time after resigning from her role for a security breach to be put into the same role ?
Just about the mobile phone "thing" - it is quite possible to use a personal phone for work. We do it for BYOD devices. The work partition of the phone is secured and you can't move information between the two areas. And if you want you can remotely wipe without impacting the personal side. All pretty neat. So using a "personal" device for work is perfectly fine as long as the management and mechanisms in place are setup correctly.

Are you insinuating that she didn't have a breach by saying that the government vet their phones?
I don't get your point. Either she had a breach due to being hacked or she didn't. Currently its circulating this is the case, are you saying that no breaches happen simply because the government vet their phones?

Maybe the people doing the vetting need some vetting.
In any case breaches like this which include information relating to Ukraine is not good at all.

No surprise there. Try taking off your anti tory goggles and look at it objectively.
The point is it isnt a "Tory" problem, it is a potential failing of the security services, MI5/MI6/GCHQ/Whomever is assigned to ensure that our national security interests are suitable, secure and enforced.
Because that same organisation will be responsible whoever is in power.
