I think the going rate in China is 50 cent per post. No idea what it is in Russia, but judging by the quality of each post would guess at a shot of vodka per post.

Says intelligence wing so may have some involvement in active ops. Also possible they were training documents which are representative of recent or ongoing operations while not 100% accurate.
