1. I'm "asking" not "saying".
2. I'm asking about "this thread (and Ukraine chatter in general)" not "the west"
3. I'm asking about "the next few days" not about the West "losing interest"
I agree with you that Twitter, reddit, Telegram etc are still busy with Ukraine news right now but I was asking about the next few days and what we think might happen, thats nice and simple to understand I think.

Looking at DeepStateMap it seems Ukraine has now pulled out Severodonesk completely. Earlier the government complained their plans to withdraw were leaked on social media but it seems they have gone ahead and shipped them over to Lysychansk regardless.

Now if you want to know what might happen then I guess Kherson could fall, possibly the Russian pet state will invade as well, hopefully causing a major revolt as the population don't seem to keen on murdering thier neighbours.

They've done it previously - Russian planes launching missiles either from within Belarus or shortly after flying into Ukraine from there before turning back.
My assumption is either in relation to the situation in Kaliningrad or stuff is brewing in the Black Sea - there has been persistent NATO maritime patrol/ISR missions in the region and probably for a good reason. There is also ongoing tension over stuff in Syria so it might be that alternatively to Ukraine related.
