unable to RMA this product as there is no telephone support - PNY!

Hi

My 8800 GT has a fault where it is loosing 1 display when connected to 2 monitors, Ive replaced it using the same cabling a new card is working. However I am trying to get hold of PNY

I have tried there main office in staines on 01784 225700 and there 0870 number and basically both numbers are dead!

So I thought Id call overclockers support, and there number is also dead!

The card was bought late 2008, does anyone know what sort of warrenty lengh PNY have on thier video cards?

If you can't get through to PNY, and you can't get through to overclockers, perhaps it's your line which is dead, not theirs?

I think PNY offer one year, but perhaps it's more

Contact OC via the webnote system.PNY offer 3 years warranty and an additional 2 years upon completion of a registration form on PNY's website.

When you say the OcUk phone line is dead.. Do you mean dead or just not answering?
