ungritted car park & bike :(

Not a good end to a night shift and I was almost home lol :(

Filled up at asda pumps and on my way out the car park the just went down as I turned.
Lucky someone helped me get the bike up but it's all scratched up on the right side and my head took a good smack as well.

The car park not been gritted at all it seems so I don't know if I can do anything.
Went and spoken to asda manager he said the car park is owned by smart parking.

Smart parking have cctv about the place.
Worth calling insurance?
Just spent £600 on it last few weeks.
 
The bike not too bad just more scratches lol.
I will see what my insurance says today but it's mostly my helmet that I need to replace so not a big deal.

The car park is part of an asda store and the manager said they normally grit it but for some reason did not that night.

Don't get me wrong I am very happy nothing major got broken and I would rather nothing happened at all.

Your right I did speak to them and they said they don't have to grit the car park so no point taking more action only if I was hurt but I am fine so all good.

So just going to buy new helmet and keep clear of the car park first thing in the morning :)
