Hi guys, just after some general advice and maybe some experience from anyone else that's gone through this process.

To cut a long story short, I haven't got anywhere near the amount or quality of teaching expected from my course and frankly I can't see where my money is going or what I'm paying for.

Is there a system in place or is it even possible to argue this and reclaim fees if the service you've been provided (and are paying for) isn't up to scratch? Cheers

It is easier to get money out of a stone than a University I find. Firstly I would see your union as said. I know but someone I knew left and because they left before a certain date they got that year's money back but it will depend on your University.

I can share your frustration as most of my lecturers are useless and less than half my modules I will ever use. And since I'm doing business you think they'd be relevant. In an information systems module they spent 2 hours telling us all the parts of a computer. So patronising.

SoM at UniS indeed! Ofcourse its not UniS anymore. Now its just a stag logo... stupid rebranding lol

Former student or one of us currently studying in hell?
