I've used well over my 3000 limit for the last 10 months on Dolphin 35 and never been charged, warned etc so I'd say not to worry about whether it's truly unlimited or not.

unlimited is within fair usage policy, if you go over 3000 they cant really have a go, because how can they really say that is unfair usage, you are not really ruining anyone elses service by it are you? You might get the odd warning but they cant really go and start charging you can they? They are more likely to bar outgoing texts for a few days, which you could then ring up and make ears bleed over
sadly though orange do count an mms seperate for a txt, which is ridiculous, especially at the prices both texts+mms cost - has no1 figured all the companys are probably price fixing as why should a text cost 10p+vat .. really? virgin did it for 3p 5-6years ago..
Do you send a lot of texts? Im looking to move over to o2 just because of the wierd free deals they are offering now, new phone, 360 and some half price line rental anyone?
