Unlocking Nokia 5800?

Any idea how much they charge for this phone to be unlocked? Maybe debranded aswell?

Not sure but have you checked to see if its locked? My mates Vodafone branded PAYG 5800 was actually sim free.

Hmm,My girlfriend has just recently got the samsung jet on vodafone and its unlocked,So maybe the 5800 will be too.

i bought mine on virgin mobile and just used my o2 sim on it. Most do seem to come sim free.

I think it cost about £12 for mine to be unlocked, it came locked to Orange. As suggested though try it before paying for it to be unlocked.

It doesnt say on the website,but does the 5800 on virgin come with virgin branded on the outta case?

Wasnt sure if it was.

If u got it from carphone warehouse i'd definately check if it already is unlocked
