Unsure if i can ask this question here But why have OCUK changed there Returns Policy

I mean i remenber sending faulty cards back to OCUK once they checked them over they would send out a working card...

but now they dont do that and send the cards directly to the manufacterer
in turn from sending the card to OCUK for a working replacment under the 1 year Garantee still im haveing to wait over 3 weeks for a replacment where as OCUK use to send then straight away in turn me and customer haveing to wait only 3-4 days.

Now i just send OCUK today a medusa 5.1 headset and a HIS X1900XT 512DDR, wich i will probably be waiting weeks on getting a working returned product....

why o why did you do this to your customers OCUK !?

Looks like i have to wait 28days. just shy of 1 month.

Ohh well what can you do.
I should have never bought a HIS card as they are based in HONGBLOODY KONG!
