*** UP TO £35 CASHBACK ON Z97 FROM ASUS AND INTEL ***

Be VERY careful with this offer guys: just had my claim rejected (for something I bought before Xmas) and had forgotten about!

At the time of purchase there was no mention of a maximum claim time frame, only that you could not claim for 30 days (Almost as if they want you to forget!!)

Dear Mr XXX

Sorry to hear about that, but TopTechCashback does have the terms of the claim period detailed on their site.

It is unfortunate there's in reality only a 30 days window for making the claims...but I think like all cashback deals, manufactuers are hoping that the more people carelessly miss the claim period the better.

I have noticed complaints in the Official Intel® forums (you know the company that makes computer chips) that TopTechCashback is NOT related to the real 'Intel'

Here is a quote"

am afraid to say this is not an Intel® Official page. As you can see the email domain for their support contact is [email protected] which is not related to Intel®.
This seems to be a scam but as mentioned before, this is not Intel®."

I have advised them to get onto their Lawyers ASAP due to the misleading advertising of promotions and the fact they are trying their best to Imitate the real Intel even down to using Intel Corp. (UK) Ltd. (“Intel”) in their T&C's

Terms and Conditions
Intel Corp. (UK) Ltd. (“Intel”) Cashback Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

I would put out a warning to anyone advertising this Promotion and especially anyone thinking about giving their bank details to this site!!!

I think it's more likely to be one department at Intel not knowing that another has arranged a promotion using an outside company, rather than being a scam.

I bought a Z97X-SLI and 4690K back end of last year, put the paperwork through 30 days later (thank you phone calendar reminder), got an email confirming receipt, then a couple of weeks later an email confirmation claim had been validated, and the money appeared end of January. Worked quite seamlessly as far as I was concerned, and nothing dodgy has happened after giving the website my account details. I've actually had a reduction in the last few months in down on their luck African dignitaries offering to give me money, but I'm sure that's just a coincidence! :)

I got my cashback from toptechcashback for an intel SSD.

It's definitely not a scam website, just got rejected because you didn't submit your claim at the correct time frame which would have been displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

I'm sorry to hear that you missed the deadline but I'm afraid that you are mistaken. There was always a deadline in the terms & conditions. As with any promotion which manufacturers want to run on our site I read through them carefully myself before I agree to it.

oh & it's definitely not a scam, Intel funded the cashback themselves.
