Upcoming iiyama G2773HS 27" 120Hz 1ms Gaming Monitor!

Why is this LED monitor listed as being 24cm deep? Surely that is the size with the stand on? I want to wall-mount this. 24cm would stick right off the wall.

Surely this can't be correct?
 
I see that these are expected on the 4th (Friday)

Is there any chance that these may be on Thursday to be shipped for Friday (really want one before the long bank holiday weekend!!)
 
I really was waiting for these and wanted to buy one, but I caved in at the weekend deal for the Samsung 120hz monitor with the VAT back.

If these turn out to be really good, I will be sorry that I was so weak!! ;-)
 
Are there no reviews up for this monitor yet? been scouring the internet but can't find a shred of info :(

I'm hoping to go for a best of both worlds scenario by sitting one of these next to my Hazro, but feel a bit cautious about ordering something that has no reviews or opinions.
 
I've gone for one. I already have a LG 32LD450 s-ips screen that I will use for movies and tv shows, and I'll use this primarily for gaming. I had ordered a catleap, but it was delivered damaged so its winging its way back to korea.

To be honest, I can't wait another couple of weeks for another cat leap to arrive, so will get a refund on the damaged one to cover this.

Still hoping for it to be dispatched by Friday, though I think it's a long shot!
 
I'm so tempted to preorder with saturday delivery....i wouldn't normally spend the extra cash for saturday delivery but as it's a bank holiday monday :p

Guess at the end of the day if i don't like it there's always DSR....
 
I was tempted by the 27" Samsung 120hz, but this is quite a game changer. Not least because I have an NVidia card with no DisplayPort, so I would have had to replace that too! All in all, a very expensive solution to get 120hz gaming at 27"!

Would like to see some reviews comparing this and the Samsung though, must be some downside as it's £100 cheaper? Aside from the lack of proper 3D support (which I couldn't care less about personally).

I currently have a Samsung SyncMaster 245b running of a GTX470, would this monitor be a good upgrade for me? and would I be able to get the full 120Hz from my card using DVI?
I was going to get a Samsung S27A750D but my GFX card doesn't have a DisplayPort so wouldn't be able to get the full 120Hz I guess. Thanks. :)

Entirely depends on what games you play to be honest
