Upgrade in March - Help

So i can upgrade in march with three, can do it now but will cost a daft amount, Now is there any upcoming phones between now and then due out that should make me avoid looking at current flagship handsets. I ask as im torn between Nexus5 and HTC One but if there replaced within a month ill be abit annoyed.

Open to any other recommendation too but a Z1 is a no go

Best to wait. The S5 is rumoured to be announced in Jan. The HTC One's successor is due around March.
