upgraded to adsl max how long should it take..

Ok today my net has been upgraded and according to my router im now connected ADSL Speed (DS/US) 8128/448 Kbps

now my current download speed are still going as they used to on 2meg maybe slighly slower is this normal? will it take time to get up to speed?

You could start seeing improvements immediately.
Usually you're looking at 3 days.
Most ISP's wont actively look into any speed issues until the full 10 days has been reached.
