Upgrading an Acer Helios 300 laptop to 16gb or 32gb

PREDATOR HELIOS 300 NVIDIA GTX 1660 TI, 8GB, 15.6" 144HZ FHD, I7-10750H GAMING LAPTOP

and it comes with 8gb of ram installed (8GB DDR4 2666 mhz (1 x 8GB)):

I am now thinking of upgrading to 16gb or 32gb, preferably the latter.

Is 2666mhz the fastest speed I can reach with this laptop or can I go higher?
Can you please recommend me the best pair of RAM sticks to purchase from the OcUK website?
