Hey, I'm looking to upgrade my current setup for a more powerful processor, my current mobo has issues with onboard sound and uses the marvel sata3 controller and I'm planning to start streaming Games online (mainly Starcraft)

Current Setup:
Asus Sabertooth x58 with i7 950 (Corsair H70 Cooler)
12GB Corsair Dominator 1600Mhz (6x2gb), AMD HD6970
1TB Western Digital Black Caviar (Storage), 60GB OCZ Agility 3 (OS)

I would like to have a Micro-ATX board and will be overclocking if I need the extra performance.

I was looking at the i7 3770k and Asus P8Z77-M.
Budget is around £375 for Mobo and CPU.

Also will I be able to use 4 sticks my triple channel ram on a dual channel board? if not.. will G.Skill RipJaw 8GB 1333Mhz be sufficient?

Open to all suggestions, Thanks!

I'm thinking about getting a Thermaltake a30 lan case and ill be using the H70 if it can fit. MicroATX also seems to be cheaper most of the time.

The Case will not be part of the budget but I would like to stick under £100 and I probably have my H50 hidden somewhere.
I think the i7 would be much better for me because I will be streaming and the programs I use will benefit from hyper threading.
Although if the i5 3570k will be fine for Streaming games at a decent in-game fps (60+) then I would consider it.

I meant that I have an H50 I can use (if required).
I think I will be getting the build that Honosuseri posted.
but isn't mini-atx differant to micro-atx?
