and which ram should i get??

I would go for the Abit NI8 SLi-GR nForce4 SLi (Socket 775) PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-082-AB) as it is cheaper. The other board offers only more features which are of no great improvement.

You CPU will work fine in any of those motherboards.
