Upload speed higher than Download?

Never had it happen before, usually had Download way higher than Upload... Does it mean that the download speeds are getting bottle necked somewhere in settings?

sending email, uploading anything in the net are part of uploading.

& what you do on internet like using social accounts, streaming on internet. listening anything on youtube are a part of downloading.

Depends what you or anyone else on the network is doing, I wouldn't be concerned given the overall speeds.

If you had 2 down and 5 up, I'd say something's amiss

Nothing's guaranteed when dealing with residential gigabit and speedtest.net. So many factors to consider.

I can only imagine trying to download GTA V on that setup, take about 5 minutes!

This isn't router speed, I plugged my router off and tested with direct cable to the wall. I feel like someone is stealing my download speed.
