Digging through some old CD's earlier this morning, and I cam across a small collection I'd recorded from the Radio years ago (early 2000ish I think!).

It's a collection of classic novels and stories narrated by famous people with an underlying soundtrack from Paul Oakenfold!

I'm currently Listening to Bram Stokers Dracula Narrated by Tom Baker!!..

They're about 1 Hour 40ish each!!..

Anyone else heard them or just vaguely remember them?

i have them all, they're really good.

i never heard them live on galaxy but i used to grab them all off napster or slsk. haven't listened to them in a while.

girlfriend in a coma and dorian gray were my fav's but they were all good.

Just Listening to 'Charley and the Chocolate Factory' now read by Jarvis Cocker (I think!)

I have 2 versions of Mary Shelly's Frankenstein, one by Jon Simm (which is fantastic), the other by Billy Brag (should be interesting!)...

This is the first time in about 10 years I've listened to them!! :)

yeh i will put them onto my ipod when i get around to it as they are good listening and nostalgic. quite an original idea tbf to galaxy.
