Urgent before I press buy

Does anyone know whether I will have issues fitting 8gb of corsair vengeance memory in a z68-ud3p with a Noctua d14 cooler?

Edit: Nevermind better off going for xms3 memory to avoid such issues.

Edited my original post before refreshing the page and I thought the exact same as you . I have the cooler already and the z68xp-ud3p is on its way.
