I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong section but I really didn't know where to post this... Guys, I want to do a clean install of Windows XP Pro, I insert the CD and then I restart, it says that I need to click any key on my keyboard for the CD to start working, but my keyboard does not work until the Windows login goes on(I already have Windows but want to do a clean install). What can I do? It will not let my proceed to the CD because my keyboard does not work at that moment, can I set it to boot the cd itself and not ask me to do it?

HELP PLEASE

Thank you to all of you who try to help me

is it a PS2 or USB keyboard? I may be right or wrong but if it is USB you will need to enable it in the bios before you can use it & the only way you can do that would be get a ps2 keyboard.

You need a PS2 keyboard to allow you to acces your bios to enable the option to use the USB devices on boot (cant remember the name of the option)
