Very helpful, much better than the phones in my experiences. Be nice to them and they will help you.

anyone know what happens if i order components on christmas eve? bit complicated due to the bank holidays and such after christmas, i get paid on the thursday evening cash and can deposit it friday (xmas eve) so can order it on friday or is it a safer bet to overdraft it and order before thursday to make sure to get it before christmas,

btw i live in norwich and since there isn't no motorways in this part of the country the snow hasn't been a massive problem (and no im not inbred, i dont live on a farm, and i dont crunch on carrots :p)

Arghhh mine is on the van for delivery.. but we've had three-four inches of snow overnight here :(

If the DPD man delivers, then it's a miracle!

Same here. They apparently couldn't deliver yesterday due to weather when the roads were clear but we've had a lot of snow over night and the roads are in a right state up here. I'm not expecting anything today :I

I'd go and collect with the depot only being 30 mins away but the tracking indicates the van returned to the depot at after 3 in the morning after the last failed delivery so the earliest I'd be able to collect would be tomorrow but they might manage to deliver tomorrow! Not sure what to do.

ok I'm well annoyed.

DPD have been however they didn't deliver my parcel to me. I've just had a neighbour knock on the door holding it in their arms. They signed for it by mistake thinking it was theirs. I'm just lucky they're honest! Address on the box is correct and the house number is clearly on our gate so no excuses.

I''ll get on to DPD and complain shortly

Midlands back to normal, ordered 22nd and recieved my order the following day. I was suprised DPD got to my Oxfordshire village as I been having to dig my car out every day since the weekend and struggle into work.

My parcel came next day 'apparently'. Funny they didn't buzz my door or leave a calling card. Funnier that they wont even redeliver it because the guy finished his shift even though I called at 12:15.

Even funnier I can't get it till 4th of January now. Happy days.
