URGENT NOTICE: NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Yeah, it is obviously out of their control but as you said they shouldn't be charging for it if you did not get next day delivery. Do OcUK refund this?

If not, everyone know the weather situation, so why don't they take next day delivery off their delivery options.

Being told "deal with it" is completely unacceptable and awful customer service. Ocuk has a very loyal customer base and I am very surprised with kind of response. Wonder if they offered to refund delivery charge?

Just got my delivery from DPD. The guy told me they've had to hire extra vans and are still terribly far behind.

mines delivered but seems to be damaged, megahelms cooler is bent, graphics cards been put on mobo wrong and bent so it screws into the wrong slot on case, fan not secured been wrattling all over case during transit along with screws etc wrong graphics card palit instead of gigabyte not impressed.

I know of a DPD depot that had over 17,000 parcels still sat there after all the drivers had filled up. They are paying £180 per day to Owner drivers in order to clear the backlog.

had one of the vtx 5870's sent friday via royalmail special delivery at a cost of £12 , still nothing showing on the track and trace . what gets me is i live across from my local sorting office and the postmen went home before 11am and it was sunny but cool , how is this supposed to be the "delayed due to bad weather " when the postal staff don't give a stuff and go home early even though they had 3 trucks full delivered during the night

Well obviously the dates given on the DPD website are BS as mine was given as a 3 day delay and this is day 3 and nothing.

Update on my parcel.
I checked tracking this morning & it says it arrived at a certain postcode, Checked the postcode & it was a post office in Scotland

haha you guys are moaning yet you get free delivery, try being from northern ireland and get no where with complaints and webnotes about ocuk charging extra on delivery.

£13 it costs for the haf 912 which was on offer! if i was to buy this and post it back to OCUK it would cost me £5 recorded delivery so where does the other £8 go ocuk? i know it goes to offer english customers free delivery doesnt it?

the whole offer stinks of unfairness imo

Slightly worried after reading all these posts. Are all orders from Ocuk affected or just the places hit snow?

I currently have no pc so a quick turn arround would be grand

Oh this doesn't sound good. Haven't checked the forums out on here in a while, ordered one of the pre-built Ultima PCs assuming it'd go all smooth considering the snow has been long gone here. Hoping my order doesn't get caught up in the middle of all of this.

We had one day of snow here in basingstoke 10 days ago which caused very minor disruption for the 12 hours or so it was here. been clear after that with no desruption to royal mail or anything else. apart from DPD.

My package has been affected somehow :mad:

and cant use the computer till i get it - and yes i did pay extra for next day delivery and still havent got it - the worst thing is its only 1 1/2 hrs away :mad:
