urgent question: GEIL vs Corsair

I have 2 pairs of ram:

GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit

Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 TwinX

At the moment I am running the Geil ram in my system (had the Corsair in there originally and it seemed fine -not tested it at my current speed though). Tonight I am building a budget system for a mate comprising of my old ASRock Dual VSTA mobo/e4300 cpu/7600GT.

Now the question is, which ram should I keep for myself? I simply have not had time to test each pair.

Many thanks :)

hmm just been reading that big thread about Geil ram and problems with ASUS boards. ASRock is basically ASUS so perhaps I should just keep the Geil and give him the Corsair?

edit: can't see a ram compatibility list on ASRock's website anyway.

Neither will be a good option because they both want bigger voltages than the ASRock motherboard can supply (2V iirc). Crucial RAM runs cleanly at 1.8V and I would strongly suggest you get some of that.
