This just needs a very quick answer: I've got a DS3 sat at home and I'm off to pick up a power supply after work. However, I know there's the ATX2 standard now so I'm a bit worried about what PSU to get.

The question: Is the DS3 a standard ATX board or is it ATX2? From what I can gather it is ATX only. Is this right?

Also, if I picked up a ATX2 PSU, do they come witha convertor so I can plug it into an ATX board?

Please help :)

They're probably referring to the dimensions of the board (although the DS3 is slightly narrower than other boards, maybe by a good inch).

Assume all mobo's are ATX2 these days and buy your PSU accordingly. Even if they aren't, nearly all ATX2 PSUs allow the use of 20 out of the 24 pins on the main connector so will suit older boards.
