I'm a big fan of the original Office but for some reason I never got around to watching the US one. What's it like? :)

I poked out my eyes with pickles. And 5 seasons?! How can you get 5 seasons out of a 2 season show? The Yanks are obviously just writing their own scripts, which means that it's not a true crossover.

Oh no, the crossover rules have been breached! It must be stripped of it's crossover status immediately!

I didn't think much of the re-written episodes but caught a few of the later ones and found that it grew into a pretty funny show in it's own right.

I've watched every single episode and I've been following it for ages. It's brilliant. Easily the best thing on T.V for me.

Absolutely superb and better than the original.
The first 6 episodes were meh because Gervais tried to copy the original but after that it developed into it's own excellent show.

Dwight, Jim & Michael, brilliant characters.
Totally in love with whats-her-face behind reception, who moves to sales.
Good series, never watched UK Office, can't stand Gervais.

The start of Season 5 Episode 13 has got be one of the most hilarious moments of sitcom comedy I've seen in a very long time.
Dwight testing if the office paid attention to hire fire safety seminar

I fell into the trap most British viewers did, who had seen the original. I thought it'd be really poor, but its not. The cast is fantastic [Steve Carell is a legend] and its probably got more replay value than the original.:)
