USB Bluetooth adaptor advice please for Windows 7

I have a cheap USB Bluetooth adapter E. CYCLONE ADS-273 with IVT soleil software version 1.4 that worked perfectly well on Windows XP Pro.

This does not work (will not install) in Windows 7! It appears I need later software and it is not cheap. I only need to communicate with my Sony 850i and my Wife's Nokia 5200 mobiles.

Is there any other software (cheap) that I can use to communicate with these mobiles, or do I need to purchase another generic USB adapter?

what do you need it to do?
if its mainly picture transfer then uninstall the soleil software and let win 7 install a driver for the adapter, then use win 7 to copy pic`s to the phone or phone to pc
thats what i do

I forgot to say...

I have already removed the software and Windows 7 x64 sees it as a Generic Bluetooth adaptor and then disables it. So anybody any recommendations for a USB Bluetooth adapter to work with my phones?
