Hi folks,
I've got a set of KEF X300A speakers which connect to my PC via USB cable.
However they never go into standby mode when I turn the computer off.
This wouldn't bother me except that they pull 26W out the wall at idle!
I found an option in my BIOS (ASRock Fatal1ty Z170) to "enable deep sleep in S5", but this didn't solve it, and then I had trouble turning on my PC the next day. I had to turn the power off at the wall and then back on again before I could boot.
Any bright ideas to get the speakers to go to sleep?
Cheers
