usenet (zen or another provider)

hi guys,
im with zen for my adsl and they have quite a good newsgroups but can anyone recomend a better one?

I use Newshosting, costs about £9 a month, depending on US$ exchange rate.

Astraweb here - seem to always max my connection - 90gb for $25, doesn't expire over time... Only has 25 days retention (not bad, but not as good as giganews)

then yes it will probably be better. I think giganews has a 60 day retention which is pretty good
