Using Mobile Abroad

If i was in a foreign country and someone native of that country rang me with there mobile phone, woudl they charged extra for ringing me or doe's extra cost just go to me? Thanks

Probably both. They pay for a call to the UK, and you'd pay for the remainder of the call from the UK back to the country.

Sorry if i was'nt clear.. i meant say i was in bulgaria and a bulgarian rang me on there bulgarian phone would they pay extra to ring me?
