hey all,

currently residing in the states till the end of this year, and i thought whilst i was out here id pick a couple of things up for the desktop back home as hardware seems to generally be cheaper out here. Been surfing the .com alternative of a certain auction site and found myself a pretty good 'buy it now' deal, but paypal:
A) wont let me pay by direct transfer from my uk account,
B) rejects a payment in trying to make from my uk debit card, and
C) rejects payment from my US prepaid credit card (admittedly which ive just linked so there might be verification issues there)

I do have a us bank account, but it currently is sitting at $0 as it will cost me $10 + whatever natwest want to charge me to transfer funds in.

I would prefer not to use the us account unless i have to, so does anyone have any ideas?

I just moved to Oz and had the same issue when buying something on BIN on that particular auction site and was allowed to do a 'guest' paypal login and pay using my Aussie card.. does it accept your American one by doing that?
