I first read about this mystery UVB-76 a few months ago and it is indeed interesting. I'm suprised as well that this year alone their have been 4 messaged broadcasts, maybe something is going to happen?
As mentioned, their have loads of theories on this station but I wouldn't be suprised either if it is just purely set up to waste the time of other government agencies etc. OP, the most recent message was broadbast on Sept 10th

Just reading about the Lincolnshire poacer station now. Quite an interesting read. There is also a radio 4 program about it.
