I love it!, needs an 01 on the doors though...
:D

Wrong year :) The General was a '69 - centre bar in the front, rectangular rear lights, different side indicators.

Eew! It would be a crime of crimes to install a SBC in a lovely Dodge. I bet the motor in the Dodge is already larger than that.

Yeah didnt think about the Dodge bit. The motor in the dodge is very lazy though in comparision.

MOPAR or no car. Simple as that :D And most B and RB Dodge engines can be built to rev - a guy I know has a '69 Charger Daytona (the Charger 500 + nose cone and huge rear wing, built for NASCAR) with a Hemi that will rev to 9000rpm quite happily. Fairly pointless, as it makes enough torque to bend time at low revs anyway, but it sounds glorious!

Hi there

Absolutely love it.

That car looks brand new, are you restoring it from the ground up?

Am really looking forward to the new Dodge Challenger as I think it might just be my next car, if not than no doubt a Corvette C6. :)

Check out the new Dodge Challenger:-

 9000 RPM out of a 426!? That's a fairly long stroke motor. The bottom end he's running must be built like the pyramids.

Yep :) And it's not a 426ci motor either - 528ci, produces somewhere in the region of 630 ponies. Last time I rode in the car he decided to plant his right foot, at about 8500rpm in 3rd the entire world started to blur! He still has the matching numbers 426ci motor for if/when he decides to sell the car....can't see him ever doing that though!

***edit***

Gibbo, I can't wait for them to actually build that Challenger. Should give the 'stang a damn good hiding :D
