Valentine's Day

Celebrating Chinese New Year with my family... a quiet evening with just the 2 of us happens often, don't really need an expensive day to make a statement.

My mrs absolutely hates valentines day, and the idea that people have to be extra romantic on that day. Saves me a card anyway :p

I bought her a day at a spa with a 30 minute neck back and shoulder massage and a full days use of the facilities. It was a 2 for 1 deal too ;) I love presents that bring reward :D

Check out lastminute.com for spa deals. She'll think you are really thoughtful, it'll only cost you £50 and you get a massage out of it too!
 
Been talking to this girl I know who's a friend of a friend so to speak, for a while.

I'm considering asking one of her friends where she lives and perhaps sending a card and a rose, but I'm not sure if that is too creepy or not. I'll decide closer to the date. :o
 
Damn, I'd forgotten about this expensive useless day coming up.
Card, maybe some flowers if she's lucky - our two year is only 12 days after anyway!

it's quite of sweet, but if you're not bf/gf make sure it's not a red rose lol

not yellow either (thats for grandmas) pink is ok though :)

as for me I will be spending it at home, feeling miserable about being single lol :p

One of my friends told me she's dreading valentines day. I was considering texting a hug to her on the day to at least give her a bit of a smile.

I'm single myself, but it don't bother me much.
