Yes I tried it. Too much of a roller coaster for me. Enjoyed the up bits but not the down.
It did give me a great insight into how it would feel though.
My biggest issue is fatigue, I’ve had enough (work) by around 1pm, sleep most days when I get home.
It’s certainly real as I’ve also got low bone density as well, osteopenia.
I would also say it’s poorly understood by UK GPs and they have very little empathy.
If you've got the money I would definitely recommend looking into it with a private clinic as it sounds like you were going through the NHS who's protocols will for most end up making you feel as you said like you're on a rollercoaster due to the daft guidelines they have for treatment.
Private clinics obviously aren't bound by those and therefore have much better treatment protocols and there's no "computer says no" rubbish, if you feel crap they'll work with you to tweak your treatment schedule until your symptoms are resolved.

It's been a life changer for me.

Same - much less invasive and less dangerous than asking a woman to do it. Women have to go through the menopause which is a task in itself, furthermore, having had decades of taking the pill I think it's only right for men to actually step up to do the right thing.
As you know back fired for me.
I ended up having the menopause

Roman Catholic way pull out and over the face or back. It really isn't that hard.

Myself and the missus have been together 13 years and never used contraception of any kind. Both times we tried for kids we had kids. No one here watches porn? I thought it was meant to be educational? :D

Had mine done last December for a variety of reasons but the main ones being my wife is high risk of fatal complications if she became pregnant.

Was done under the NHS for free, no complications my side, just a few days of soreness.

If you have no desire to have any further children, do it. It saves your partner from having to take contraception, is incredibly effective, cheap and painless (every man who has ever had it done is in an unspoken cabal that says it doesn't hurt :) )

Had a cyst removed down there recently (I think from a cycling accident I had many years ago), so have a little idea of how much fun it will be to recover. My wife also has health issues and don't want more kids, so it is high possibility for me also to have it done.
