How are they?

Been offered £300 for it, 90k on the meter, I know it's in excellent condition as my cousins usually takes care when driving his own cars, Can't say the same for my car when he drove it to manchester.

Pretty good cars.

Not particularly powerful, but usually can be found in good condition. Only places they really rot are on the bases of doors, front and rear arches!

Don't think the 1.6 Sports came with the Multifunction Display, but it should have PAS, electric windows, mirrors etc and if you're lucky, AC.

Any problems are usually easy, cheap fix's.

I guess this will have the 1.6 16v Ecotec, in which case it's a great little engine, though strangled in standard form. 100bhp or thereabouts, performance should be quite reasonable. It'll kick the ass of the new Astra 1.6 anyway.

Really?

I drove it on the motorway, Must say i was quite impressed with it, Could hit 100 MPH on it very easly, Unlike my nissan primera 1.6 it takes slightly longer, Then again it is a chain piston type engine.

That's one mighty fare!

I know, But he bought it for 2.5k about 5 years ago and that was when it had like 83k on it, So in essence, He hasn't really driven that much in 5 years.

I think i did 500 miles just going to manchester from glasgow and back when i drove his car. It's a nice little car except from the rust here and there. But yea, £300 should be ok right?
