After messing with my audio setup in Vista, i've noticed that when ingame there is about a 0.2 second delay between when i do something and the sound coming out. It's most noticable when shooting a weapon. It doesn't affect anything other than games though, i've checked some videos and everything is in sync as far as I can tell, or not enough to be noticable.
I have an X-Fi sound card Gamer edition and Sennheiser 161 headset running on Vista. I think it's started after I messed around with different settings in the audio control panel and in Vista, but it could have been like this all the time but I never noticed it. I've tried reinstalling drivers but that didn't help.
Any tips?
