Hello I'm a newbie but keen lol

Seen the following computer on here some where and was gonna copy it and build it but would like it confirmed but someone here that the folowing computer will be good enough for basic computing microsoft office applications and plently of web browsing ( so enough RAM ) with I was going to give video editing ago ... not sure what exactly but editing home movies etc

Here's the computer Also I heard I should wait about the motherboard as there should have been a new one coming out at a really good price or something??

Thanks for the quick response. I want to edit some movies... erm.. from my webcam. Anyway we found our webcam from a 9 minute movie came to 67mb or there abouts.. will I be able to edit what exactly can these specs do?

Is this the one that came out at an excellent price or something?

and lastly is this a complete PC ? except the monitor mouse keyboard etc but the actual tower hardware this is everything?
