Viewsonic Announce Full Zero Dead Pixel Policy on VP Series

sounds like a potentially lazy sub pixel. Give it some flicking and maybe some massaging and maybe you'll have some luck :)

Hmm indeed...

Its still kinda there, well if i put my face like, 20cm or so from the monitor i can see it just, then theres still the almost "see through" or VERY light blue one, and only noticeable at a weird angle...

I duno, i hope it stays ok...Still annoys me from the fact the website has IGNORED my requests, and my request for an RMA number...oh and my evening delivery i didnt receive :P

Grrr.

Viewsonic will replace a monitor for any stupid reason... Just tell them the top half of the screen looks funny or something... I had a dead pixel and just told them i'm happy with the picture... New one delivered within the week.... I dont see what the problem is..

lol, i emailed em dude :)

They just replied going:

Unfourtunately this is within warranty specifications
and it is not possible to exchange the monitor.

THEN, after i replied to that, i got:
