Both the kids remove the kick stand and fidget with the SD card, despite my counselling otherwise. Curses!

Thanks dude, I've stolen the SD for EmuDeck for the moment. If he pipes up about storage space I'll get back on it. Begrudgingly lol.

Dude!!! I finally found the box of PS1 stuff and have 3 lazers for your system. I will throw them all in a box and get them out to you tuesday!! So sorry for the delay!

Edit: I thought perhaps I threw them out, turned my garage upside down but turns out they were all hidden away in a storage chest under the wifes pc :cry:

@Journey checked everything now wifi etc everything is good it's been on for several days and is happy. When I was cleaning it before shipping I noticed this drop on the corner of the case :) shouldn't cause any issues but it's there!





Shipping first thing, just printing up a label now

No worries, I also spotted the slight bulge around the port In the last photo so quickly ground it back a bit more..



Perfect!! Oh and I put everything including sd card back where it was :)

Have you repaired any SNES consoles? Could look at it myself first, not sure what exactly is wrong working with second hand information at the moment. :D

Some photos of the GG build so far. Really need to get this one knocked out as It's been a week or so in the queue and it's owner would quite like it delivered :D















All that's left is the LED swap and tuning the resistor for its new blue LED. (but i need to go through my 100 mixed led's and find a blue one) :) Then fit up! Hopefully finish it tonight :)

For comparison this is the board before we got started but after I had removed its original caps, so pre recap and mods:

Called it a night and will have to try and finish this one tomorrow :)



It is looking really nice though :) All I need to do is throw the back on and button it up. Then onto the surface and some other bits I have to get through. Laptop is back with me so I need to have a quick look at that as well and see if i can look over whats going on with its battery.

You probably know about this, but... Have you ever searched "junk" in consoles, set to world wide? Get some interesting Japanese bits!

You are damn right I know. Was seconds away from a nec turbo gfx.... didn't go on it at 400 notes.
